SEOUL BLOG 2016 DAY 3: Garden of Morning Calm, Petite France and Nami Island

Fambam with our Korean driver, Park

On our 3rd day, our itinerary is bound for long trips. We decided to hire a cab who took us outside of Seoul for the entire day. We were very happy to meet Park, our cab driver. Our contract with Park was that we used the taxi's meter and we just paid every time we arrive at a new destination. I just cant remember how much it accumulated but it certainly is cheaper since we are dividing the bill among four of us (Mom, me, Kuya, and Ate Lhon). My other brother and his wife, Tin, decided to commute and experience Seoul's transportation system which I think is really fun too.

However, if you are a K-drama addict and wants a hassle free trip outside Seoul, you may want to avail of the Nami Island | Petite France | Garden of Morning Calm Packages  at a low price through Trazy.com website.

Our first stop is the Garden of Morning Calm. I fell in love with the place because by the looks and name of the place, it is really calming and has a very peaceful vibe. The weather is really cool too. We stayed here for around 2 hours before proceeding to our next destination.

I think our timing is just perfect. We went there in September and the weather is really cold but not winter levels.. I feel like this is Seoul's Baguio version but wayyy better.

Not Europe. :)

Next, we went to Petite France. It's home to every korean drama I've known since I was in High School. We had a morning snack while watching a puppet show. I really wish my nephews and nieces were there. Im sure they'll have fun. This place is very Instagram friendly. Every corner is an instagramable site for OOTD's, etc.

Our next stop is Nami Island. This place is THE BOMB.com. But we really cannot deny the fact that we were very hungry at this point because it's already 2pm and we haven't eaten our lunch yet. We ate at one of the famous restaurants in the area and took as many pictures as we want then went back to Seoul.

WALANG FOREVER!!!

Our last stop with Park is the NSeoul Tower. This is Korea's version of love locks and it was beautiful! I suggest you take the elevator ride so you can get a better view of the city! Korea is so photogenic! Love it super!

To cap the night off, we had dinner at Yoogane in Myeongdong and ordered James Cheese Baby back ribs. It was amazingly good!!!!!

KOREAN BEAUTY AND SKIN CARE HAUL 2016

Before I went to Korea, I did a lot of research for Korean Beauty and Skin care products. That was the start of my addiction to YouTube and other K-beauty websites. I've been so addicted that I allocated 40% of my shopping money for it (It used to be 100% Clothing and Fashion Budget).. I'm not even vain and I didn't have any skincare products until I went to Seoul last September.  We stayed in Myeongdong and we were surrounded by k-beauty stores. Imagine, in front of our hotel is Etude house, beside us is the biggest Nature Republic and Club Clio.like OMG!!!! I am writing this blog by brand instead of by category.  First, let me start with NATURE REPUBLIC. People have been raving about this Aloe vera soothing gel but unfortunately, my skin did react while using this product so I just gave it to my brother. The Soothing Mist on the other hand works well but I just put it on my hair instead on my face.  The ARGAN line is a must have. Until now, I stil...

Bloggers United 3

It was my first time to attend the Bloggers United Event. For quite some time, I am getting so addicted with blogging. At first I was just a fan who follow other people's blogs but eventually, I decided to make my own write ups.The first people that I followed were Camille Co, Kryz Uy and Laureen Uy. Then, after some time, I have known some more fashion bloggers who are real fashionistas in their own right. Actually, we all are! It's just how you carry yourself even if you go "Ga-ga" sometimes.  I was so happy with the event yesterday at Grand View Events Place. There were a number of sponsors and all my favorite bloggers were there. I am so excited to show you guys my photos with them. I wish I could be like them in the future(ehem!)I'm so sorry for the arrangement of the pictures. I'm having a hard time getting the pictures move into it's right places... ugh!  with Liz Lanuzo with Gela Bestie   with David Guison with Bjorn...

How I Did my Dream Euro Trip for less than P200,000 (All-in)

How I Did my Dream Euro Trip for less than P200,000 (All-in) Planning your first Europe trip needs a lot of work. Mine, I planned for a year before finally fulfilling it.  First, you have to know what kind of traveler you are and which places do you prefer going to. Do you enjoy going to museums? Do you like drinking and partying? Do you prefer walking or riding different public transportations? You might think, do I really need to think about these things? For me, ABSOLUTELY YES!!! The reason is that Europe is expensive (if you compare their currency with Philippine Peso) and if you are on a tight budget like me, you have to make sure that you will get your money’s worth. Of course, it’s also another set of adventure if you don’t want to plan too much and just go wherever your feet takes you. But for me that’s not really an option. I only had 2 weeks to travel and as a female solo traveler, I had to make sure that my safety is my utmost priority. Also, since I ha...
