KOREA FOOD HAUL 2016

Based on most blogs that I've read, Korean groceries are filled with yummy goodies and are way cheaper as compared to Korean stores in Manila. This is why I went on a grocery shopping at a nearby grocery in Myeongdong and Lotte World.

Food Haul
Let me start with the choco-mallows. To be honest, Rebisco's choco mallows still tastes way better than this. I find it a little "matabang" for my taste since I have a sweet tooth. If you like sweets but not too sweet, you might want to try this.

Next is this cheese sticks. It's just average, nothing over the top.

I thought there'll be a crunchy flavor but I was wrong. Again, the chocolate flavor isn't as sweet as what I was expecting. I think this is best paired with ice cream. hahaha
RATE: 3/5 STARS
This was really good because it's hazelnut flavor. I love everything that is hazelnut (ahem ahem Nutella baby here)..
RATE: 4/5 STARS

For this waffle biscuit, I gave some of it for my officemates to try. I think they liked it. Food haul is a great option for pasalubong ALWAYS!!!!
RATE: 2/5 STARS

My all time fav, PEPPERO!!!! I got it all for myself!!! hahahha

RATE: 5/5 STARS
I gave one of Market O's Real brownie to my Team leader in my previous company. It's my way of saying, "Boss, thanks for allowing me to go on vacation. Until next time. here's my bribe.." lol.. This is kind of pricey too. Just cant remember how much this cost!

RATE: 3/5 STARS
My favorite comfort food whenever my mom is not around because I dont know how to cook, NOODLES!!! hahaha,.. This is very spicy and I love it!
RATE: 4/5 STARS
The ever famous honey butter chips by Calbee! Yasss.. it's so good  but my brothers didn't like it because it tastes sweet and not salty. They don't like sweet chips..

RATE: 4/5 STARS
Lastly, Korean seaweeds. This flavor and brand tastes really good. I think I bought 2-3 packs of this, Im such a hoarder. hahaha

I'd say overall, the entire korean grocery shopping experience is good and I would rate it 3/5. I think korean chips and snacks didn't catch the exact taste that I was looking for.. but hey! Their street foods are beyond perfect though.. Maybe next time, I'll do my research for the best Korean snacks. For now, this is all I have!

Good luck on your next food adventure!

xoxo,

KOREAN BEAUTY AND SKIN CARE HAUL 2016

Before I went to Korea, I did a lot of research for Korean Beauty and Skin care products. That was the start of my addiction to YouTube and other K-beauty websites. I've been so addicted that I allocated 40% of my shopping money for it (It used to be 100% Clothing and Fashion Budget).. I'm not even vain and I didn't have any skincare products until I went to Seoul last September.  We stayed in Myeongdong and we were surrounded by k-beauty stores. Imagine, in front of our hotel is Etude house, beside us is the biggest Nature Republic and Club Clio.like OMG!!!! I am writing this blog by brand instead of by category.  First, let me start with NATURE REPUBLIC. People have been raving about this Aloe vera soothing gel but unfortunately, my skin did react while using this product so I just gave it to my brother. The Soothing Mist on the other hand works well but I just put it on my hair instead on my face.  The ARGAN line is a must have. Until now, I stil...

Bloggers United 3

It was my first time to attend the Bloggers United Event. For quite some time, I am getting so addicted with blogging. At first I was just a fan who follow other people's blogs but eventually, I decided to make my own write ups.The first people that I followed were Camille Co, Kryz Uy and Laureen Uy. Then, after some time, I have known some more fashion bloggers who are real fashionistas in their own right. Actually, we all are! It's just how you carry yourself even if you go "Ga-ga" sometimes.  I was so happy with the event yesterday at Grand View Events Place. There were a number of sponsors and all my favorite bloggers were there. I am so excited to show you guys my photos with them. I wish I could be like them in the future(ehem!)I'm so sorry for the arrangement of the pictures. I'm having a hard time getting the pictures move into it's right places... ugh!  with Liz Lanuzo with Gela Bestie   with David Guison with Bjorn...

How I Did my Dream Euro Trip for less than P200,000 (All-in)

How I Did my Dream Euro Trip for less than P200,000 (All-in) Planning your first Europe trip needs a lot of work. Mine, I planned for a year before finally fulfilling it.  First, you have to know what kind of traveler you are and which places do you prefer going to. Do you enjoy going to museums? Do you like drinking and partying? Do you prefer walking or riding different public transportations? You might think, do I really need to think about these things? For me, ABSOLUTELY YES!!! The reason is that Europe is expensive (if you compare their currency with Philippine Peso) and if you are on a tight budget like me, you have to make sure that you will get your money’s worth. Of course, it’s also another set of adventure if you don’t want to plan too much and just go wherever your feet takes you. But for me that’s not really an option. I only had 2 weeks to travel and as a female solo traveler, I had to make sure that my safety is my utmost priority. Also, since I ha...
