I’m a fan of reading blogs and
watching vlogs in youtube especially shopping hauls. For every international
trip, I always make sure to make one as a helping tool for future travellers.
Since it has been a year since our
last trip, I can barely remember the exact prices of these items but I can share
with you my rough estimate of how much these items were and where I bought
them.
I bought a few pieces of clothes
as local japan brands are quite expensive and doesn’t fit my body frame. For
one, this Navy School girl Dress I got from a local shop in Takeshita Street
costs around P1,200-1,300 pesos. I don’t usually buy casual dresses with this
amount but I just found it very unique and so kawaii that’s why I purchased it.
Plus, it fits me so that’s a bonus. Haha!
Next,
are the items I got from Don Quixote Shop. I got this jacket for roughly P1,500
pesos. I was actually torned between Pikachu and Melody and ended up getting
the pink one because I think it’s too girly.
I also got these beauty products
on sale. Face Masks cost 500 yen for 10 pcs. Hand lotions costs around P120.00
each(I recommend buying these as pasalubong as these are affordable and super
bango.)This “Kate” brand is really good as well. I bought 3 different shades of
lipstick that are super moist in the lips, I don’t need to put glosses anymore.
I also got the mineral powder of the same brand. I purchased eyebrow pencil, Body wash, Biore
facial wash, blush on, Sailormoon eyeliner and blush on.
One
of my best purchases is the “Baby Foot”. I tried this once and it made my feet
super smooth just like a baby’s skin.. literal!!! The process is that you need
to wear the plastic like socks in your foot for 30 minutes, and then it will
automatically peel itself for a week. You will notice the changes in the
texture once it’s completely peeled.
Ofcourse, I will never miss a
chance to buy loads of chocolates as pasalubong for my friends and family. Don
Quixote offers good deals for Kitkat products that are way cheaper than other
stalls in Shibuya.
We also went to 100 Yen store
just to check the difference with our Daiso products in Manila. Well basically,
there’s not much of a difference. Most of them are made in China when you check
the labels. I don’t really recommend going here but hey! You might still find
some good deals. Anyway, I got some items for you to check out. Everything’s
100 yen except for the umbrella that I bought at Don Quixote.
Aside from toys, I bought this Queen Elsa poncho in Disney sea. It’s rainy season and almost everyone is wearing one, so I got mine too! Like hello?!! Ako pa ba mawalan?!! Hahaha..
And since our family is a guitar
freak and this is all I can afford as give away, I bought these cute guitar
picks from a music store in Shibuya.
With just a few pennies in my
wallet, I bought these Victoria’s Secret cologne and GH lotion from Duty Free.
From Uniqlo, I purchased 2 pairs
of jeggings, and 2 Bras. The undershorts is from a local store in Shibuya. Just
a tip, since undergarments are quite expensive, I always want to make it a
point to buy a good pair abroad. In this case, Uniqlo bras didn't’t fit me well.
I will surely not buy these anymore. Haha..
Next is this pair of butterfly
pants from H&M. If you’ve read my recent posts, this is the main reason why
I lost my phone.. which I eventually found. Haha..
Also, one of my favorite buys is
this classic cream white rompers from H&M. Not only that its comfy, it also
hides my secret bellys on the side. Hahaha.. (I think its around P1200- 1500 pesos)
Not to forget, I also bought this tote bag in one of the stores in Narita Airport. It can store all my things which is why I love it and I always use it.
Last but not the least, the
highlight of this shopping trip, my shoe loot! Yay!
The white sneakers is from
H&M, The silver and flat brown sandals and the brown wedge were all from a
Shibuya local shop, and finally, the cream flat shoes is from a local shop in
Narita Airport.
Hope you guys liked my loot as
much as I did.
Xoxo,
Krish
