SEOUL BLOG 2016 DAY 2: Insadong and Everland

For our first day, we went to Insadong to visit the Nakwon Music Mall. Musicians kc kame in the family so we always make it a point to go to a music store every time we go out of the country. Unfortunately, epic fail ang day namin dahil korean holiday nun at closed most of the establishments inside the Nakwon Music Mall. So we decided to go straight to  Ssamziegil Mall.  On our way to Insadong From Nakwon Mall, you just have to cross the street and walk ng very very light to reach Insadong. This place is where you can buy native korean products and pasalubong at a cheaper price. My sister-in-law planned on buying a traditional korean dress for my pamangkins but since this was our first stop, hindi nya binili. She never found again another store who sells those at a cheaper price. Sayang! Ssamziegil Mall Ssamziegil Mall opens at 10:30am and since mejo maaga pa kame, we shopped at nearby stores in the area. Somehow, mejo mura na xa. For T-shirts with "I Love...

SEOUL BLOG 2016 DAY 1: Arrival at Incheon and Myeongdong

I usually book our flights every December 31st of the year as this is usually the period when Cebu Pacific offers their Piso Fare deal. I booked a flight to Seoul, Korea and our roundtrip airfare costs only around P5,000 each. That's a pretty good steal considering the 4-5 hours travel time. Anyway for this trip, I traveled with my family (that means me, my mom, my brothers and their wives). Arrival at the Incheon Airport Anyway, our flight is at 3:00 pm on September 15, 2016 and we arrived at the Incheon International Airport at around 8 PM. After passing the immigration, we looked for a convenience store where we bought our T Cards which we used as payment for public transports around Seoul. Before our trip, my sisters-in-law and I made our advanced booking and itinerary to make our trip more convenient. Each of us loaded Php 1500.00 worth of load in our T Card. After that, we decided to get the WIFI egg for roughly around Php 1500 per unit which can accommodate up to 3 mo...

Tokyo Shopping Haul 2015

I’m a fan of reading blogs and watching vlogs in youtube especially shopping hauls. For every international trip, I always make sure to make one as a helping tool for future travellers. Since it has been a year since our last trip, I can barely remember the exact prices of these items but I can share with you my rough estimate of how much these items were and where I bought them. I bought a few pieces of clothes as local japan brands are quite expensive and doesn’t fit my body frame. For one, this Navy School girl Dress I got from a local shop in Takeshita Street costs around P1,200-1,300 pesos. I don’t usually buy casual dresses with this amount but I just found it very unique and so kawaii that’s why I purchased it. Plus, it fits me so that’s a bonus. Haha!   Some other items I got from Takeshita Street are these socks I bought for 3 for Y1,000 Yen(P370.00) Next, are the items I got from Don Quixote Shop. I got this jacket for roughly P1,500 pesos. I was ac...
